In his worldly kindness, Eric lent me access to Painkiller HQ in his absence, and with the help of my wife (and a few previous swaps under my belt), we successfully changed my rear Diablo without adult supervision. Not a single scratch. And dumped a sixer in the Painkiller fridge to cover the tool-usage fee. So who's riding Sunday? I'm going back to the sandbox on Monday so I'm looking for a little torque therapy... |

Back to the banged up wheels...you may have a sticky point on the muffler being 'missing'...but what did they say about the tires? Do you have to have rubber on the wheels when they come to pick it up? How about your gear? Helmet? Jacket? Boots? How did that stuff hold up during the accident? Did you get $ for that stuff as well? |

What th.. Yep. We've got projects galore coming down right now, and the bosses asked if I'd go back to support our survey team. I figure now I can afford the Micron I just bought. So after Sunday, count me out for any rides for awhile. Don't know how long. |

ummm they "pro rated" my Arai RX7 Corsair helmet ($300) and told me they do not cover jacket, pants, boots, gloves.... i said thnx alot.... and i need tires on it.... took my levers, pegs, Race ECM, catch can, and looking for a stock tail piece to trade with my Special Ops one... most of this will be for sale since i dont know how much will fit on my "next" buell |

"Next" So is there an 1125 in your future? I say again-- dibs on the race ECM!! I think it's pretty lame that the bodywork on an '99 Geo is worth more than the armor on a biker's a$$, but I guess that's how it goes. Get on "Pay it Forward" and get yourself armored again! That's why it's there! We're all just glad you're still ambulatory. I've got an HJC Fuel (dirt helmet) brain bucket that's yours for the taking if you want it. |

I will change them tires if I can switch my F/R rotors for yours on them rims, OR Get them rims all together if they are not to bad. I like black, and mine are scratched/gouged anyways.(amber color) I got an extra set of junky tires I can donate to your bike. Hmmm....What kind of deal can we work out here? Parts for Labor..... Give me a call, I will be home all day saturday as I am installing a new slidder door on my porch. I never did a slider so it will take me a little longer than normal. Any one interested in helping? I also need to switch out a tire on my rear if time allows. What other parts you have? I can use???? |

all my gear held up VERY well... Vanson jacket just has some wear marks, Icon pants did there job, kinda like a sac fly, and my Sidi boots have seen better days but my feet are fine... Eric, gimme a call tomorrow (friday) do you happen to have a stock buell exhaust in the "shop" we can talk, baggermike was gonna stop here on his way through, but if you can change the tires we can work out a deeeeeal on those rims, front rim has a little rash, rear is perfect.... let me know what you want to do and yes the Race ECM is up for sale since tuesday i WILL be putting my deposit on an 1125 |

Finally, someone has truly committed to getting an 1125! I'll start the bidding at $150 for the ECM. Eric- I'm out most of Sat morning, but I'll swing by once I get back around your area to try & lend a hand. Not offering any knowledge; just labor. |

Aaahhhhhh.Mmmmmmmmmmmm. I got a speedometer for the first time this season on the X1.Cost me $55 for a new sensor.Took a cool short ride to check it out.Ordered a new front band clamp for the XB.It broke the existing one..uhhh.recently.Could probably locate a big hose clamp in a pinch.Any sources closeby for a big hose clamp? Sunday ride.I suggest Nate's loop/w Gooseberry Island and Padenarium village towards Taunton |

Does anyone have a Hi-Lift Jack? I got a DMP front & rear stand package off of eBay, but the rear isn't wide enough for my Uly's swingarm, and I figure I can stretch it with a little brute force. Otherwise, anybody wanna pick up a rear stand on the cheap? Friggin' eBay. |

I like cheap rear stands, and could use one for sure! The rafters are good and all, but to have stands.... |
