So I've been on the phone all morning calling area buell dealerships to get pricing and set up my 1000 mile service and I learned today that A. Everyone around here is 2-3 weeks behind and B. danbury is the most expensive. So I'm thinking about holding off until i get back to Ohio But What should i do about the fluids?? |

too bad you're not staying in the area...then you could just get Danbury's 1 year unlimited plan. |

Would you consider doing it yourself? The bike is pretty straight forward. Not sure of your housing situation, access to tools, etc. since you seem to be relocated. If you do it yourself, you will not void the warranty. |

Hmmmmmm Doz..... That map used to be loaded with stick pins. Seems like they upgraded it a bit. I see that you live on a baseball field, and I live in a wooded lot! The old map had exact addresses on it. What size pic did it allow you to put in - I couldn't get mine to fit.... |

I got an invitation to head out to L.I. tonight. I'm in no rush cause no one will get to the house until at least 10pm. I have the day off and finished cutting the grass at my mom's. I'm going to hit the road and chill as I head back in to the city. Then I'll be assaulting the canyons of Manhattan Alf1212 - I sent you a PM (Message edited by nickcaro in the future on July 29, 2010) (Message edited by nickcaro on July 20, 2007) |

Here is a ride coming up if anyone is interested: http://www.ctunitedride.com/ Last year there were a handful of Buells, would be nice to see more. It's for a good cause, and they do a good job. Oh yeah, and it's probably the only time you'll be able to ride a bike in Seaside Park in Bridgeport! I'll be there, either riding or working - hope to see some of you there! My sincerest apologies to all for my having 'advertised' a free antique motorcycle show being produced by a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit educational corporation. Rest assured, this insensitive act will not be repeated by myself or any agent of the non-stock not-for-profit educational corporation in question. thanks for understanding, and, again, please accept my sincerest apologies (i attempted to delete the original threads, but could only delete my responses. if any custodians would be so helpful as to delete all of the 'advertisements' which I'd posted for this event, I'd be very thankful. again, my sincerest heartfelt apologies for this act) (Message edited by tramp on July 24, 2007) |

I saw this coming a long time ago, I'm surprised it took this long for the owner to find out how prime that location is. I never did like their coffee anyway. |

Too bad about Marcus, I used to meet my grandfather there (him on a Goldwing, me on a Superglide). Great starting point for a ride up north. But, it aint the only place to get a bad cup of coffee. On a lighter note, I just got my booklet on the 1125R yesterday, man, I would LOVE to have that kind of HP on my Uly! I hope they make that happen. |

There was a note on the door indicating that they didn't expect any changes for at least 10 months. After the new mall is built, they expect to have a new, modern diner in either the same location or somewhere near by. I picked up a "Marcus Dairy Forever" T-Shirt while I was there. Who knows? Maybe some day it'll be a collectible. There were quite a few Buells up there this past Sunday! |

O.K. so plans didn't work out for a group thing this past weekend. But it would be great to have a get together so I'm thinking of a ride/party at my place in Sept. Anyone interested? |
