If you install the oil filter adaptor for an oil cooler. When buying 90 degree bends for a clean install. NOTE that the location of the threads are too close to allow both of them to spin on. You must buy two different styles. One low profile and one high profile. I used a regular automotive fitting for the taller 90degree bend. And was forced to visit homedepot for the low profile fitting. The low profile fitting wouldn't be the highest flowing since its a dead on 90 bend with no curve. I used a lockhart 420 oil cooler from a 1980's sporty. Hose clamps with some heater hose as protection mounts the cooler to the side frame. Looks clean. And was cost effective. |
