Anyone heard of Bullett performance mufflers? Heard they made some exhausts for the tuber Buells back in the day? Are they any good? Do they sound good? Figured someone here might know. THANKS |

I used to run one on my '99 M2. Sounded good...not too loud...sorta in between a V&H and a D&D. Front hangers were prone to break like the V&H with old style exhaust bracket. I might have one in the garage...let me know if you decide to try one out. |

Devdawg...if you can come up with that one let me know what you want for it. Decided that I've welded up the Force for the last stinking time... In the market for something with a little more backpressure. Also watching the one on eBay and this sounds like it might be the ticket. Thanks, -Tyler |

You know, I was pondering building my own bullet style muffler. I have the buell pro series exhaust and my muffler is all but destroyed. It has managed to shake itself to death. Walker sells a small bullet shaped car muffler for like $20. They are stubby enough to fit under the bikes. I was going to weld a turndown on the back and a slip collar onto the front to mate up to my pro series header. I really like the way the pro series muffler sounds, but it's not what I would consider "heavy-duty". I think that I could probably get out of this for less than $50. I guess we'll see... |
