800 miles of tarmac... 3 states... 2 days... ...and I could count the number of Buells I saw, including my own, on one hand of a Yakuza gang member with fingers to spare (Message edited by midknyte on August 30, 2007) |

...but I didn't come here to bitch about it. I ran up to St Paul MN on a lark and an invitation, spending lots of time on Rt 14 & 61 on the MN side and back down 35 on the WI side and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Can anyone recommend some nice, similar stretches of road down here along the NE Illinois / SE Wisconsin border? I should know by now, but I don't... |

What was her name? heh, I wish. Friends & a couch. Actually I've just been wanting to ride farther than I can get back in a day. I need to do a run down IL 2. Been years since I went down thru there... |

I actually see quite a few Buells around here anymore. On my 4,200mi. trip I only saw a Blast in Montana but I get home and they are all over. It makes a guy feel good about it. |
