So would it possible to post the route the press took the 1125R out on the open Monterey roads? Us locals might want to go check these roads out, and see for ourselves what the bikes were "tested" on. Reg? Anony? any other "press" persons? thanks in advance bob |

Bob... This route was run in both directions. (This is the CW edition) If you plan to run it, make sure you have a valid license, reg. and insurance papers; without these you will not be able to cross Ft. Hunter-Liggett. Start: Laguna Seca Raceway Entrance Left onto Monterey-Salinas Hwy (Hwy 68) 0.3 miles Right onto Laureles Grade 5.9 miles Right onto W. Carmel Valley Rd. 9.3 miles Left onto Carmel Ranch Blvd. 0.4 miles Right onto Rio Rd. 0.3 miles Left onto Highway 1 27.0 miles to “Nepenthe” (Lunch option) 17.3 miles to “Lucia Lodge Restaurant” (Lunch option) 4.1 miles Left onto Nacimiento-Fergusson Rd. 15.9 miles STOP at Fort Hunter Liggett Gate 6.3 miles Bear Right (still on N-F Rd.) 1.9 miles Right, over bridge (still on N-F Rd.) 0.1 miles Right (still N-F Rd.) 0.9 miles Right onto Mission Rd. 3.0 miles Left onto Jolon rd. 18.0 miles Merge onto Highway 101 North 2.8 miles Left onto Central Ave. 7.1 miles Left onto Elm Ave. / Arroyo Seco Rd. 3.7 miles Left at “T” continue on Arroyo Seco Rd. 6.8 miles Bear Right onto Carmel Valley Rd. 30.6 miles Right onto Laureles Grade 5.8 miles Left onto Monterey-Salinas Highway 0.3 miles Right into Laguna Seca END |
