Supermoto fender (trimmed), super bike handlebars (trimmed), acerbis headlight (trimmed), levers cut down.
Cut down air filter with ho made bling.
Ho made adjusters.
Cleaned up tail.
Holy derby cover.
Cut down glass pack.
Doesn't matter how fast I'm going, just what time I need to get there. |

You guys do some crazy good stuff (and have access and experience with some really nice machines to make those parts!)! ... uh, how did you do it? I'll shoot you a PM... |

Might as well throw these in. Some peeps get all excited & freaked out when they see this next pic. "Oh, oh, it's gonna break!" Thousands of hard miles on this. Ain't nothing I drilled gonna break. Bars are spaced up 1". More comfortable for this old fart dirt biker . Most of the polishing would not have happened had the bike not been in a shop fire before I got it. Discoloration would not go away, forks & trees looked pretty bad, soo- 1st thing I drilled. I am used to light dirt bike sprockets. This helped. Saved about one whole ounce on that tie bar. One 'hole' ounce? Hmm, forgot that I need to drill/cut a little out of the part behind the rear of that tiebar so it matches up. Not all the holes I drilled show. This piece was to porky. It's better now. I made precision patterns with Autocad for all this . Locking tail box on a modded Ventura rack. A work in progress, when finished it will be able to expand vertically to twice the size, and be big enough to carry a case of 24 cans, bring home the beer. : ) Will also make plates to hold two different, larger, factory made tailbags. I have weighed this bike twice. Am getting 385lb w/ 1/2 tank of gas. Any other weights out there? Book says 446 lb shipping weight. Does that include the crate? No way I drilled that much out of it.

Here's my breather set-up. Nothing special, a couple of AN fittings, SS fuel line and a SS clamp (made by R Mueller of Monroe... they can make anything out of SS) and a JAZ catch can.
