i may just have to sell my bikes now... ok well maybe not, but i wasnt expecting to come across that yesterday. i am just starting to mess around putting my basket case XB12R back together and as i was hooking up the injector wires i noticed something stamped into them. i thought NO it cant be. but yep it was. my injector connections say ford... ugh. think of how much faster my Xb would be if i swapped those things out for chevy ones. i mean man, thats a good ten horse they lost right there!!! |

Harley has a controlling interest in Ford if I'm not mistaken. |

Ive got no problem with that. All my Fords, including my 1965, run better then my Chrysler 300. So I would rather see the Ford logo then the Pentastar logo on my Buell |

Harley has a controlling interest in Ford if I'm not mistaken. Actually, the Ford family has controlling interest of the company. It's a bit complicated and has to do with the class of stock the family owns which gives them (they vote as one) 40% of the vote which is enough to maintain controlling power of Ford. |

If they would use the power stroke diesel parts from ford then the xb's would really have power then! |

I've seen the H-D F250... looks like a nice truck. A few H-D Dealers have them around chi-town. I'll keep my Cummins powered Dodge, but if I had to pick another - I'd go the F-Series with an International. |

IIRC the injectors on a tuber had a Ford part # on them,I was told by a tech that they were from a Ford 4 cyl and he had upgraded to some from a 6 cylinder for better performance on his hotrod S-3. Too bad I lost contact with him. |
