It's been a great three years, but the time has come to move on. The Firebolt is one of my top three bikes and in July I was hoping for evolution instead of revolution, but...oh well. A new R1 is taking the place of my trusty Firebolt and I hope its next owner enjoys it as much as I have. To Trojan, Vagelis, Jamiec, Blake, M1 and all of you who made so many informative, contentious and humorous posts, you make this board what it is. So long fellas, and happy Buelling

Wow! I'm flattered for the recognition! Do I even belong with those others named? Enjoy your new ride. I understand Yamaha just came out with a software upgrade for those bikes to fix a low-end acceleration problem. I'm jealous, by the way. If I could justify THREE motorcycles, the R1 would be a solid contender for that spot! |

You'll come come back crawling on your knees begging to be allowed in, when you realise the lack of "soul"! |

If evolution is what you were hoping for I still believe that we will see an XBRR based air-cooled XB soon. Perhaps an XB13RR?? |
