Ok got my new (sort of) helmet in the other day.. and I was expecting a Large, but sent an Extra Large. I got it off Ebay, and it is the Picotte RF-900 Shoei helmet. Very hard to find anymore in good-new condition as this one. and for this price no less. The seller has yet to respond. if he does not have the size I need is there any way I can mod the helmet to better fit me? or am I screwed? | ||

I bought the same helmet from Eddie Pierce here off Bad Web, but I got a medium. To me, the Shoei's run a bit small. You don't want a lid to fit sloppy, but becareful that the large will be too small. I guess my advice would be to go to a dealer and check out a large Shoei before returning it, the xl may be a better fit. I wouldn't trade this helmet for anything, it fits great, vents well and keeps my head very very steady at speed. Oh, its cool as hell. |
