I rode the X1W to Weston and Leavenworth, back across on Hwy 5, too much traffic on 5 to have any twisty fun. I rode over to Zona Rosa last night and met a friend from Chicago at O Doud's for a beer and then home, did not see any other Buells on the road, but a HD plant engineer talked to me about my bike at O Doud's, His name is Dan and he rides a Uly. http://www.myspace.com/disgruntledgnome  | ||

Well, my fan works, so the problem is something other than that. My fan finally came on today when I shut the bike off when I got home. I'm thinking that it is either the battery or the exhaust servo. I guess the right side scoop really does work considering my fan hasn't been on yet this year until today after sitting in traffic on 435. | ||

What do you mean no Buells are out I see them everyday. Met a new guy yesterday. See a few at Fuel on Weds. Do did stay very long did you? Rob got the package, thanks. Drake bike is making 2 steps forward and 1 step back every other weekend. I'll post a pic when it is done, which could be awhile. | ||

No problem, Tim. I'm interested to see how it works out. Figured out my ignition problem ten minutes after talking to you, so now both bikes are back on the road. Yesterday afternoon a buddy and I planned our July trip to the dragon. Then five hours later he called to tell me that he was sitting in an ambulance and his bike had just been towed away. I don't know the details yet, but he said a drunk driver hit him and that he is not seriously injured. So, no more trip, but at least he's okay. | ||

Wow that sucks, rob, glad he's ok atleast. So, who's riding their buell this weekend? I think its time to get together for once this year! Where's everyone been? Only one I've talked to is james and that was only cause he had to ride cause his car was broke. I know a couple of us ride everyday but still never get together. What's up with that? Spread the word and let's see if we can get sumthin goin. | ||

Hey guys, just thought I would stop in and show the new Triumph off a little bit.. Finally got everything the way I want it.. until next winter atleast!   And a couple shots of me riding it at Jason Pridmore's STAR School at HPT last week! I got along ways to go learning wise but that was my first time on a track ever! STAR School was Awesome!!   | ||

Sam, It was good. I think I need to buy some new knee pucks though...the 80+ mph carasel turn wore the left one out fast. It's fun out-manuevering people in the corners...but they get me back in the straights pretty bad. | ||

Rusty, I borrow them also....I have yet to purchase one....I'm $ure you know why. To the rest of you..... I may be even more scarce here in the near future, at least for a couple of weeks. I gave 30 days notice at my place of work on the first of May and am overwhelmed trying to get everything organised for my business, finishing up my current obligations, and it will probably be a couple of weeks before I am back online regularly. Until then and as always (drake) the phone is the best way to get ahold of me 913 followed by a 244 and a 4195. I don't always get the E-mails in a timely fashion, and It's about to get worse. temporarily! | ||
