I'm all up for a good wheelie every now and then, but never without ALL my gear on. I counted maybe 5 people in that vid that were wearing proper gear... They are all a bunch of f'in retards. Thanks for the high insurance premiums dumb asses. I can't feel sorry for anyone of those guys. Having fun doesn't have to involve putting everyone around you, pedestrian or friend in danger. They have no right to be doing any of that crap in public areas. And almost all of them were. What happens if dip (*&^'s bike flips into a group of kids. Just unbelievable that you can defend these guys. | ||

Is it any wonder that so many stolen bikes are found destroyed? There are a lot of kids out there that idolize those idiots and do everything they can to emulate that behavior. I am one to preach about wearing gear. I have not the smallest doubt in my mind that wearing good and complete gear saved my life a couple of years ago. As it was I nearly bled out on the pavement so I'm not guessing, supposing, or inferring, I KNOW that those guys are idiots. No one is "good enough to not need it", "going on too short of a ride to need it", and it's never "too hot to wear it". The first 2 are just plain dumb, the third one is very easily remedied with proper warm weather gear, and it's far cheaper than any hospital visit.
