I am thinking about getting a Scorpio 500. I checked their web site and can't find a plug and play wiring harness for the buell. Will one of the Harley wiring harnesses fit? Which one? Tim |

I don't know about the hardley harness, but I didn't use any. It only takes the tapping of a few wires, for turn signals and taillight. The alarm comes with good instructions and everything you'll need to install it. It really is an easy job. |

Coturi How do you like the system? Did you get the perimeter alarm with it? Tim (Message edited by cecil-1 on May 10, 2007) |

Tim, I like it a lot. I don't use it much anymore because I don't commute with the bike, just joy rides. I do have the proximity sensor and ignition kill, and whatever else you could get with it. The proximity sensor works really well, you can adjust the sensitivity quite a bit, that was a big reason I went with the Scorpio. Mike |

Mike Thanks for the reply. I usually just go out on short joy rides here and there but earlier this week I went riding with some friends for about 5-6 hrs. When we stopped for lunch I found myself worrying about someone messing with my bike the whole time we were in the restaurant. think I'll order one. Tim |

One of our local customers installed one on his bike. His review was so good I decided to carry it on the store. Easy installation, works well. He demo'ed it for me, it would be the one I'd put on my bike if I was installing an alarm. http://www.americansportbike.com/shoponline/ccp0-p rodshow/16105.html |
