I am guessing something like this has been posted before, but I came across this online and thought I would share. http://www.arcfabrication.com/buellexhaust.html |

Yep. Seen it in 4 separate posts. The primary questions are: where is the battery and oil tank? |

It comes with a new oil tank, don't know about the battery. They also make a full exhaust for Buells (undermount) and a full titanium frame . |

Beautiful work on the exhaust, but I'm not getting the rest. Seems like a forward control right across those pipes would be a might painful. |

Yea, not only would it be a little warm on the leg, but those forward controls are sweet! They are way too nice for that bike! Those pipes, what can I say, now that's twisted! |

I need to see those under the tail up on an XB.... mmm more ground clearance. 'Bigger hoopdies, and single track... |

I dunno. After long rides on the Buell, mountain biking and using laptops, I think my sperm count has been decimated enough without the additional heat from underseat exhaust... |

Well, mounting the exhaust under the tail looks cool, but it kind of defeats the purpose of mounting it down low under the center of the bike. In order to lower the center of gravity back down, you'd have to put the parts you removed back where the muffler used to go. Now here's an interesting question: does the oil bag weigh more than the muffler? If so, the bike might actually be better balanced with the oil sitting where the muffler used to go. |

Just as I thought, the old "looks cool" school of engineering. I just think Buells look cool as they are. Butch |

There must be at least 4m of exhaust pipe in those pictures, just waiting to fry your backside and be coated in super-heated road crap. I like it where it is |
