any one rideing with corsa III's?
i just had my tires dismounted for powdercoat and bought tires so when i get them back i have fresh meat. since i got 5000+ miles out of my stock ones. i got a killer deal. i got the front tire for i swear. $45 and the rear for $145. the front tire was mismarked and the sales guy told me that if i want it at that price he will honer it and then mark them back up. i saved 65% on the front tire. he said that are better than the diablos. but may not last as long. but hey if i get 2500 out of these i would be thrilled since i know alot of you all go threw tires quite fast.
also on a side note. i havent checked my air psi for a while and decited to check it taking my bike apart. front was at 20psi and rear at 22psi. being like that im supprised i got the mileage i did. the front tire did wear more on the sides than the center, being under inflated. but the reat wore nice. i might run the front at rec psi and run the rear at 25-30 psi. or should i just run it at the specified psi?

I've been running my Corsa III's at 32f/36r for 1500 miles now and love them. They still look pretty new. No cupping yet either despite a lot of highway riding. I think you'll like them. They also do quite well in the rain.

I love mine but they seem to be wearing fast. I installed them and the next day took off on a 3 day trip. Rain and long hours on big sweeping curves along the California coast. The center is almost shot. The sides are about what I'd expect after 1500+ miles. They do make the bike handle razer sharp. KEEP TRACK OF YOUR TIRE PRESSURE!!!

I love mine. I have 4 track days on them and about 800 road miles. Still look great. They are incredible at the track. I run 30/30 at track and 32f/34r on the street. I have no doubt you will love the tires.

I love this tire. I ran quite a few sets of Corsas on the XB12R Firebolt with about the same life as M1 and a little better than the 207. My Ducati came with Corsas and with the additional power it was eating the std Corsas alive-I was lucky to get two WSIR trackdays and maybe 500 street miles. On the most recent change I went to Corsa III's front and rear and love them. Where the old Corsa was spinning up on exits and leaving a rubber trail which of course meant lots of back tires, the Corsa III rarely spins and I now have one SOW, one WSIR, and one Buttonwillow trackday and a couple of thousand hard street miles. The front is still good, but it now seems like the rear went off at the very end of my last WSIR session (it got loose like a flat tire). The rubber cooked on the tire from the track didn't even completely come off after about a hundred mountain road miles, so it might be that the back has too many heat cycles? Anyway, it's still a great tire and BTW the center compound is supposed to be the same, only the sides are softer on the rear. The best part is getting a pair mounted and balanced for about $279 with tax.

I have had the Corsa III's on my 12s since last September. They have over 6000 miles on them (including a 2500 mile, 5-day trip to Virginia and Deal's Gap) with plenty of tread left.

As mentioned previously, they are excellent in the rain too.
