Looks good in a retro-50s-throwback kindof way:

I actually kinda like it. (but you need the skull paintjob and matching doo rag) Got a brochure in the mail about it, and thought it looked interesting Although when I get another "cruiser" type bike it is going to be very comfortable for 2 riders and some how I don't think the above is ![: )](http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/clipart/happy.gif) |

This thing is seriously starting to grow on me. I had a hard time deciding between my Ss and a Sportster... if the Nightster had been around at the time, I may have had one instead. ~SM |

I loved my Sportster, but after riding my Blast for awhile I know that I'd get the Ss long before another Sportster. It's like the ultimate Sporty, and does everything I loved about the Sportster twice as well. |

it's very close to what many people have built over the years -- it's what I woulda built if Buell hadn't been bought by HD, making Buells accessible to those with mortal incomes ;-} there's a number of things HD does very, very well. One of those things is watching what their customers do, translating those things into market requirements, and then making a product to meet those requirements there's lots of nits to pick on this bike, but it's a clear indication (along with the potential Euro SPorty) that HD is watching and listening to HD customers |

I just read an article about it... it was designed by a 27 year old. Kick ass. ~SM |

Really a sharp looking bike, but at a grand over the price of a Roadster I think it is too much. |

Yea, that's cool. But if I was going to go "retro" I would be buying this...

The Nightster looks even better in person. At work it's a draw for the baddest-ass look, between the VRSCDX Night Rod Special, and the Nightster. <shh...> Don't tell her, but I think the wife's wheels are coming off (02 XL1200) and getting the rims/hubs powdercoated black! heehee... |

I agree. When I saw the first pictures I scoffed at it, but in person it is easily the most aesthetically pleasing H-D I've ever seen. I see it as a killer cafe racer waiting to happen. |

The wife thinks Harley's are too top-heavy, and prefers Ducs to Buells for the same reason, but I think this would be a nice alternative
