I've got a chance to pick up a new 07 Uly for $12,000 OTD in California - is that a good price?

Seems high to me...MSRP is $11,495.

I bought my 07 in January for $10,499 OTD. That included 3% VA Tax & License. Of course this was in the winter when dealers are willing to bargain a little more. Right now is prime buying season. The same deals may not exist.

That is way less than I could find one around here. Here being Chicago. I may be mis-remembering, but OTD was closer to $13.5k for an 07 (with side, but not top cases). And the one place I contacted that still had an '06 would only knock off $500 or so for that one.
