Well , here it is i have been off line for a few days but would like to update my bikes revival, last week on the same day as finding out that i am going to be a father, i was able to get some work done on my m2 thanks to Bluzm2 (Brad) for lending a big helping hand,...this guy know his sheet... we swapped out the cams and got just about everything back together and i am now waiting on new front iso. bolts, and a starter gasket, so as soon as those parts are here i am going to be able to get this thing going. I have my eye on a 16.5 inch long Works shock for the rear of my bike i think that i can get it for 175$ it has a blue coil if that makes any difference. | ||

them shocks are big bucks new, 175 sounds fair. those open spring jobbies sure are pertty! congrats on the little one! what cams did you go with? it's always nice to have help, brad's a cool dude. | ||

yeah i think that i am going to get it, i have a question for some one that knows there stuff, he also has a header pipe for sale that he knows nothing about, i took a look at it and it looks pretty much the same as the stock one on my m2 but it has an o2 bung on the top welded shut, so that tells me that the pipe is not stock on an m2 but was found on fuel injected buells with an o2 sensor, correct????? what is it worth, and will it be of any use to me as far as performance goes? I can get it for cheap. as i have also posted in the classifieds i have access to a 99 cyclone that was turned into a chopper by a friend of a freind | ||

CY, Look for a header with 2.5" collector. Correct on the O2 sensor being for Fi bikes. | ||

my stock collector is like 2 3/8 how much is to be gained with a 2.5 inch collector? any other people like to speculate why this pipe is on this bike? | ||
