I was going to buy the Hepco-Becker cases from Twisted Throttle. They don't sell the mounting hardware. Where do I get the mounting hardware? I have heard that Buell won't sell just the hardware. Please advise. Thanks |

You should be able to just get the hardware, go to your dealer tell em to get on hdnet and do a kit breakdown of the saddlebag kit. Get the part numbers you need and order. Shouldn't be a problem, if it is say you dropped your bike and broke your stuff and just need the mounting stuff replaced. |

You will not be able to buy the hardware without the bags. The only way to possably get hardware would be if you had a damaged mount and needed warranty repair. Buell did this on purpose so you would have to buy their bags. Maybe you could try using Touratech mounts and buy the hepco becker adapters that they sell.... |

Are the Twisted Throttle bags any cheaper than the H-B bags from Buell? Buell almost always has better prices on their parts than any other manufacturer. A Buell turn signal costs $5.50. that same turn signal from either Triumph, Ducati or Moto Guzzi costs over $20.00. Check the prices before you shoot yourself in the foot. |

Yes, the Buell bags are cheaper than the TThrottle H-P's. You have to buy the mounts, which are hard to get, from Buell or find them in the classifieds. By the time you add up shipping costs and your time, Buell is the way to go...or find the whole set in the classifieds. I found a set for what I'd pay my dealer that way. |

I believe that the mounts come with the bags from Buell. You don't buy the bags and mounts separately. At least, that's the way mine were when I bought them. The (2)H-B 43 liter side bags, trunk and mounting brackets and hardware for my Uly cost less than just (2)H-B 30 liter side bags and mounts for my wife's Moto Guzzi Breva. |
