I'll have my Drummer this week and will switch over to a Race ECM with it. Once I do the TPS reset on the ECM and get the bike running, what is next? Am I supposed to ride above a certain RPM for a certain time or something or just go out and ride like a hooligan thru school zones and church parking lots? Burnouts in the mayors driveway after flogging his daughter? What's the magic involved in getting everything set right? |

Just ride it. I'm assuming that you're not jacking your throttle around at all times. Once it is up to temperature and you're cruising, it'll learn on it's own. If you're cruising from 2-3K, it will learn a little low, and if you're cruising from 3-4K, it'll learn a little higher. But its always learning in steady state operation from 2-4K at temp, so don't sweat it. Al |

Al, Are they ever going to add "timing" to the VDSTS software? |
