looking good but have you though about blacking out the wheels and do the crinkle paint on the pipe but leaving the frame white. |

I like the contrast between the smooth white wheels / frame and the "rough" black bodywork. How about Line-Xing the tail section? |

i was thinking the opposite, i was thinking i'd like to see the frame, tailsection, and wheels blacked out..... but its growing on me. |

Wow! I really appreciate the comments. I am going to keep the rest of the bike the way it is. This way I can shift between the original white bodywork (like in my profile), the gloss black and this setup. Eventually (when $ comes available) I'd like to paint the bike as a variation of the VR1000 paint scheme... Black on the left side, white stripe down the middle, the distinctive Buell blue on the right. |

That looks great, love the textured finish! They should do a TT in that and call it asphalt (like with gloss black letters and wheels). Or maybe with yellow or white wheels and stripes. |
