Just installing S3 fairing on M2,2K,It seems too low and I`d like better wind protection-but only two mounting holes on bracket-got bracket/fairing seperatetly on ebay-do I have to fab. something?Help...I want to ride..now! |

The S3 fairing and mount is not adjustable. Your stock handle bars would likely not clear it if you moved it up any meaningful amount. The stock windshield seemed to put the turbulent air just below my neck when riding in an upright position. The extended windshield (Gustafson +2,???) I tried, raised the up the path of the air to helmet level which I thought was worse. I went back to the stock windshield. I think there was a more upright shield made by Rifle, but I didn't like the look of it on the bike so I never tried it. Hope this helps. |

I raised it about two inches by re welding it just behind the holes at the tiangular neck mount area-works perfectly with m2 bars,everything clears.Now,figuring out how to reroute cables and wires,kinda a bitch(x1-files tells how with x1 but not m2. |
