Monday-Friday 8-6 we have a dyno tuning special of $250.00 for a custom Power Commander tune (normally $400). <p>2. Saturday is the “Dyno shootout” from 8-6. You will get 3 100% pulls in 4th gear. If you want a printout of your pulls it will be $5.00. The winner of the shootout will be announced the next day at MOKAN and will win free dyno tune from Cycle Connection and a $100 gift certificate. Sorry, but we will not allow nitrous and forced air inducted bikes to compete for the dyno shootout. It would not be fair for the N/A guys. <p>3. Sunday “Race Day” <p>a. At 9am gates open at MOKAN Dragway in Asbury, MO. Entry for a rider is $10 and $5 for a spectator.<p>b. At 9:30am we will start Drag Racing 101. Mike and Rob of the Project V drag racing team are going to give a class on the fine art of drag racing.<p>c. At 10am we will start the trial rounds (so people can get their times for the bracket race). We will have either 2 or 3 timed runs depending how many entries show up.<p>d. At 11am we will start the bracket races.<p>e. At noon we will take a break for lunch and enjoy a great stunt show put on by DMC Freestyle. After they are done we will finish the bracket racing.<p>f. After the bracket races we will have grudge races. It’s your turn to show your buddy who loves to talk about his bike with one more horsepower what happens when you factor the rider into the equation. <p>g. At 2:30pm we will have the awards and give away the dyno shootout prize. First through third place will go home with prizes ($100, $50, and $25 gift certificates) and we will have random door prize throughout the day for everyone.<p>h.
