Make sure your registration and license is in order... Glad you said that, I just spent about 1 hour looking for my registration, couldn't find it so I had to spend $14.46 to order a new set on line. Then I had another one of the go look at, sit on, and balance the bike episodes....... |

Alpharetta's close by? Relatively speaking. It's gettin' close, I can tell, because a couple of guys here at work are starting to get nervous about who's going to do what while I'm gone. I LOVE IT! |

It's gettin' close, I can tell, because a couple of guys here at work are starting to get nervous about who's going to do what while I'm gone. I LOVE IT! Job security! At least you have some back up. When I was working, I always had calls on every vacation I took. Got old after a while. |

I live and work in Alpharetta. You can make it from here to T.W.O. in about an hour and 15. You can do it in less time than that, but that would be illegal. If anyone needs something or a hand, I'm in the R.A.N. I have Wednesday, Thursday & Friday off before the Badness begins. |

At least you have some back up. I have no back up, I'm a one man operation. That's why they're freakin' out. One guy will fill my seat in my office and answer the phone, not sure who'll do the actual work. If last year was any indication, most work will just wait until I get back. But I don't care, I need the time off, and there's nothing like a seven day weekend to re-charge the batteries! |

Wolf - that's great news! This means I don't have to travel to the dealership to pick Carlos up! He can do this one solo! |

Dan, I left work at 3:30 today (had to go in early) thinking I could get a jump on the traffic, I didn't get home until 5:00! An hour and a half to go 33 miles, gotta love the ATL traffic...not. And don't get me started on this morning's traffic...that bus that went off the bridge had everything downtown up... Come on MBV-IV!!! |

Can't let this thread die!!! I've about got the bike finished. Polished the header instead of re-wrapping it. Getting the new tires put on this week. Got a little bit of suspension tuning left to do. Got another 100+ miles left before I need an oil change, so I'll take care of that this week. Other than that I'm ready. I won't be getting the cabin a day early, so if I ride up on Thursday, I'll be riding in the Suches Loop area only. MrsG just found out that there is no Baseball practice or game during MB, so she doesn't have to miss anything. She's as stoked as we are. She thought she wouldn't be joining us until Saturday night. Having a bit of trouble WRT the t-shirts. They nay be pretty simple, but will definetly be nice. MB-IV is just around the bend! |

It's pretty much official: Mortarmanmike will NOT make it to MB4. It looks like I'm not going to make march badness this year. I'm so disappointed. I was looking forward to the ride and meeting a bunch of great people. Alas, I have military obligations from the 5th-13th at Ft. Campbell. When I get back, I'm in the process of returning to active duty (voluntarily.) This requires me getting all of my household in order for a move to Western Tennessee. New job, new town, WAY TOO MUCH stuff going on to make it. I know I'll regret not making in later, but it's just things I have to do. Everybody have fun, be safe, and make lot of new stories and pics. Keep the shiny side up, MMM120. |

Make sure your registration and license is in order... but,i've never had inspection stickers on any of my bikes...ever.Could that be a problem? I'm also considering staying in nearby Murphy NC.Kinda halfway between the Dragon AND MB-IV..Plus,less travel time.Anyone know anything about Murphy NC??
