No i can't say i know Weeble. But a couple guys have joined lately that are fairly close to me i just can't remember what they call themselves. And when i say close i mean in a hundred mile radius. I only know one older gentleman thats in the same town he rides a 96 S1. Yeah your bike is going to look sweet when you get'er done. Yeah we'll have to get together and hang out soon. As soon as i get a free day im ready to do some gambling. |

Man do I got the bug! I must've checked tracking three times in the last two days for the stuff from American Sport Bike and the cat in Canada. When does this madness end? (I HOPE NEVER) Got my quote from JetHot todat and am making a box for the header. Nothing quite like having half your bike spread across the entire US of A! Least I got the big parts. Now, wheres that wrench? Ha Ha LOL........Mattu |

Well i dropped my bike off at my buddy's house today. I try and do most of the work myself. But i don't have time to start it. And he doesn't know it yet but im going to force money on him. His wife just had their first child and she's off off work and his and his fathers automotive shop is slow right now. and i know he's strapped for cash. But he's to proud to ask anybody for help. So if he gives me a hard time about taking anything for the work he's going to do for me. Im going to go out and by the new baby a butt load of stuff. Any way he's going to start with redoing the forks and everything up front that needs done. The parts are suppose to be here end of this week. And then he's moving back to engine area and doing all fluids and something diffrent for my air intake. But he has to come over to ohio to one of his buddy's shops for that. And by the time he gets to back of bike i should be free to help out. But im kinda glad he's going to start it he knows alot more and better at working on bikes then i'll ever be. And he's the only person that i allow & trust to work on my bike without me being their to watch them. So if everything goes as planned the bike should be done sometime in late april. |

Thats a cool thing to do for a friend. I have done the same for a bud in Columbus but the Buell is one I'd like to accomplish first hand. Hes done welding for me. I can weld but not as pretty. Id spent more time cleaning up the weld than actually needed. I'm off today to take my daughter shopping for her birthday. I will miss the Daytona but thats ok as shes more important than Dale Jr. He'll win it without my assistance.LOL I'll get back soon as I can........Mattu |

How old is Lindsay today. I'm not real good at welding either infact i pretty much suck at it. Yeah im off work but not really i can access my work pc from home so im doing the work from home thing today. But i will head in their later to do timesheets so everybody can get paid. I got a good one for you i had to kick a truck driver out of the shop last night for trying to steal scrap. I got a phone call last night from one of my shippers and a good friend of mine. He's like Clint you better get in here and told me what was going on. i told him act like you can't find the drivers bill of lading and i'll be their in 20 min. yeah when i got their he had about 100 to 150 pounds of high dollar stainless on the deck of his truck covered up with a tarp. So i asked what do you think your doing. He's like oh thats not your metal someone else gave that to me. What he didn't realize is i have a handheld X-met gun. I can shoot any metal with it and it will tell me exactly what the grade of steel is And whats in it to make that grade. So im like some gave that to you thats funny only a couple people in the whole world makes that grade and to my knowledge we're the only ones that make it in the us. So you must of been to China lately. Boy did his story change fast. I kicked him out without his load abd went and called his dispatcher and had a heated talk with him. So all in all i had a action packed night. Oh yeah tell Lindsay i said HAPPY BIRTHDAY. |

I can say my day was exciting in a good way. We had breakfast and then went shopping for clothes. My little model was ecstatic with her new apparel. Then on to Toys are Us. Yeah, I dropped a bunch there. She's into boardgames and of course vid games. I bought her quite a few Barbie's too. Man, who packages these things? What a pain, got out the tinsnips and razor knife. Made short work of that. My hands are too big for the dolls though. (insert rip now) Uh huh, Mattu plays with dolls..Ha Ha. Wait till its your turn. We had a great day with lots of hugs and kisses. Old lady got a new bathing suit for our trip to Florida. Yowsa. Woohoo! (insert dirty thoughts now) All in all a great day. This is why I work. Sounds like it was good you stopped idiot from robbing you blind. I dont care for liars or thieves. Rather have ya steal from me first. Catch you in alie its over. Some people have no pride in themselves. A shame but this is what you and I are faced with. Anyway agreat eighth b day for my angel....Cya Mattu |

I started midnights last night had a miserable night. Broke this cant start that. Oh well, cant sit on my ass all the time. Lindsay had agreat b-day and said thankyou Clint. I told her about Badweb and she read some of our thread. Are we going riding dad? I was shocked, the kids got the bug to. I'm proud of her, she's growing up too fast but beautiful none the less. Hard to believe I had anything to do with it. Didnt get anything done on bike as she was off school again and I got to have her over Monday. We played games and of course she kicked the old mans ass. Those vid games are so complicated. Gonna crash for a few, be back later. Hope you have agood day, be safe..........Mattu |

Im working days this week 4am to whenever i get out of here tonight. I hate this shift the girls in my office drive me nuts they don't ever shut up from 7am to 4pm my head hurts. I told them today lets play a game to see who can go the longest without talking. They said i was treating them like little kids. I told them if the shoe fits. I been pretty calm today until i caught on painting her nails. When i told her 3 minutes before to get a truck in here to pick up past due material. So pretty much im looking forward to 4 o'clock. four more hours and all will be quiet once again. |

Count to ten.....Ohmmmm, Ohmmmmm, breath deep. Just talked to the guy in Florida with the PM's for my bike. He's just sending the front today. It was a done deal a month ago. Good thing I had a backup plan. woke up at 1:30 so I thought I would write you back. I won a Power commander for the X today. 125, not bad but now I have to learn how to put it together. Heard of anyone with them? I'll post on here and see if one of our fellow Bwebs can help. |

I got home and had box waiting for me from Appleton buell dealer. Throttle cable, Idle cable, front brake line, Forkseals, steering head bearings, Buell decals. I wish i could help with the power commander. Oh ya talked to Ceejay out of Hilliard, OH Im sending him the money for the swingarm this week. So i should have it probably in a week or so. I tried your advice to count to ten with deep breaths. I had to count to a thousand shut my eyes plug my ears and spin around in a circle for five minutes. Then i was so dizze i thought i was drunk and nothing seemed to bother me. LOL |

Outstanding! Why you need all those parts? Is that thing been crashed? Need a swingarm? Well I guess we all have our therapies. Some feel better after spinning, or maybe a beer. They do the same thing for me. Nightturn is next for me. GET BACK TO WORK...........you have catching up to do. Mattu |

Well i should be sending payment out for the swingarm today. If i can steal some time for my self and go to the post office. Today should be profit sharing check day. When the president comes around to hand them out i think i'll hold out both hands. And tell him i deserve one check for each hand. and when he ask why im going to tell him i work enough O.T its like having two people working. |

Spend that loot! You only go round once, make it count. Worked a ton of OT myself this week and still got Saturday to do. Gonna save up for my trip to Florida on the 11th of March. Life is good. I just about got all parts aquired to finish the Buell. Few little knick knacks and its bolt on time. Nothing like having your bike spread out across America without you to ride it. Be safe brother....Mattu |

Profit sharing check were very nice this year. If it wasn't for all the home improvements i plan on making this summer. I could sell my bike and take the profit sharing check and go buy a brand new bike. But i don't think the wife would like that to much. But on the same note im not ready to give up the S1 for and XB yet maybe in a couple years. But to make my sell feel better. I ordered all new stuff for the swingarm today i about crapped myself when i found out the drive belt was $175 thats highway robbery in my book. But o'well if thats what it cost than thats what it cost. Enjoy work on saturday i'll be their my self from 5:00am until sometime. Shit i better get home and get some sleep if i plan on being back in here in the morning. Later, Clint |

Making plans for my trip to Florida. Bought luggage today. Gonna try to see Epcot and Universal studios. Its gonna be warm and sunny! I cant wait but will miss tinkering with the Buell. I'll probably get the shakes, haha. Hope work wasnt too hard on ya. Take a break and try to clear your mind. If the weather was right I'd go for a ride and that would do it for me. You too I imagine. Lindsay said to tell you hello. I'm amazed by her memory. Alright my friend I'll be back tommorow. Stay warm........Mattu |

Well i called up eastwood today and ordered 50' of 1" wrap and some high temp black paint. So i guess im going to wrap the header. I found a pair of grips i want to buy but their only 4.5" long so i don't know how gay they'll look because i'm pretty sure i have 5" or 5.5" on it now. and im also looking for some inexpensive bar end mirrors. If you come across any let me know will ya. And you might want to buckle down we maybe getting slammed with ice tomorrow. |

Fifty feet might be cuuting it close. Especially with it being 1 inch. I'll keep my eyes open for the mirrors. I got a set on mine and gotta tell you, they aint all that good. Wound up looking over my shoulder alot. They do look good and are good for straight line cruising though I found them handy on the highyay. Dennis Kirk or Competition Accesories have lotsa grips if they dont work out. I got big paws and always put on 5 1/2 inchers. BTW, yeah I cant sleep. Used to working mids........Mattu |

Man i hope fifty feet works. You have stock bars on your bike. If you don't what do you have and do you like them. I hope you finally got some sleep. I went up to Erie yesterday. Took the in-laws with us. Father-in-law great quiet guy. Mother-in-law i try and get my dogs to attack her thats all im going to say about that. Oh what fun i had yesterday after 3 hrs. Had a migraine that wouldn't stop. Wife asked if i wanted her to drive home. I told her no way i made record speeds on the way home. Any thing to get that woman out of the back seat of my truck. After we got home and the in-laws left my wife asked me where you plugging your right ear the whole way home and and how fast where we going. I just gave her a big smile said no and shock my head yes. |

Rum and others, I'm gonna move the date for the Reservoir Ride back a week to May 26th. The Res Ride is a 100 mile ride near/around mountains and valleys of Altoona, PA. I had previously set the date for the 19th, but there is a Buell Demo truck at Baltimore, MD that weekend. So I moved it back a week for the MD guys to be able to come up for the fun. Ride start time 11:00. That should give some travel time for a 2-3 hour ride to get here w/o leaving in the early morning darkness. I'll try to figure out how to post maps/pics from Google/Mapquest. Who knows, maybe I'll also figure out how to get a video of the Res. Ride. Video's seem to do a lot of good for promoting the "event". I'll be taking mental notes at MB4 on how it is done. If you have any questions, either post here or PM me. I will be starting a Res Ride thread on the Storm Fronts soon.... |

You know the saying, you can pick your nose, you can pick your friends BUT you cant pick your relatives. I feel your pain bro. Going on the ride Toona speaks of? I'm gearing up for a full season of rides. Stock bars with the small end mirrors. I like them but am thinking of the peg position. Might be changing that. Just finished polishing another PM front wheel that I made a deal on. Gonna have two sets. Made the deal on the forcewinder (thankyou very much) it should be here anyday. Getting closer day by day. CANT WAIT! C ya Mattu |
