I bought a new headlight for my 98 M2 a good 6 months ago and well i havent got around to installing it. My main issue is the bolts holding on the original headlight are too tight and when i went to loosen them the heads became striped. looks like im just going to have to cut the brackets and get new ones... those wont look too good with the new headlight. anyone try an aftermarket light like this one before? I was going to try with these brackets as well.... Thanks for the input again ---Phil |

Dubsty 13 Nice looking head light. I can't be of any help. But I'm looking to get ride of the head light on my S3 and french it into the fairing with glass work. Does that light have both beams? Is it DOT? Thanks Joe |

It is high and low beam but as far as if it is DOT im not too sure.... i bought it off ebay for a descent price.. forgot what price though....... its from Highwayhawk.com (i just realized that tonight when i opened it up)... they dont really have descriptions on their site so i would send em a message to see .. they have alot of different products there as well.. i might try and get my turnsignals there as well if it is a good price.... or... for a real low profile look |

Dubsty13 I was riding with the FZ1 group in Sep at one point we had 22 bikes with PJ from PJsparts in front about 120 yards ahead. The short of all this is he had a set of risoma LED turn signals that looked like head lights to me every time he turned them on. So if you are interested check out PJs parts. I think I will get a set for my S1 this fall. Thanks for the info Joe |
