I have an 04 XB12S that I use for stunting. after long periods of doing wheelies the top end seams to be running out of oil. I've overfilled the swingarm all the way to the top which seamed to help some. any other suggestions? I was thinking of a siphon tube? |

If your oil pressure warning light stays off, you should be OK. What makes you think it's starving for oil? |

the top end starts rattling like crazy after 5-10 minutes of slow wheelies. but it won't do it if I'm just riding on the street. |

Solid lifters and adjustable pushrods might be what you want. Does your oil light come on with the key and go out with the engine running. I would mount an oil pressure gauge just to be sure. |

yeah the oil light works, once in a while I've seen it come on during long endos but not during wheelies. |

I bet the oil pump is having a hard time scavenging the oil from the crank case |

Excellent point JK, but why is the oil light not coming on? |

I thought maybe when the bike is streight up and down their might be an air pocket in the top of the swingarm? that's why maybe a siphon tube will help????? |
