Anyone have any data to help establish how effective various oil coolers are? It seems to me that Buells should respond to add on oil coolers well since they basically increse capacity and help lower the overall engine temperature. I have a 2002 X1 and am looking for things that will help the engine live a longer life. Man whats up with all those 2001 X1 for sale on ebay for $3000.00. P.S I have installed a Force air cleaner and removed the origional cowles. I am not noticing any over heating but my knee and right leg are not calibrated. Any discussion in this area is appreciated.
