My aluminum jardine is done. At first I shook itself off the forward end cap while I was riding. I have since then repacked it with SS wool and sealed it with self tapping screws. Now it seems the rear cap is loose and is shaking itself off. The Jardine Aluminum pipe is just crap for our bikes. The Aluminum is too soft for the SS rivots and end caps. I love the jardine and am looking for a Titanium RT1 to slip on. |

Sorry to hear about your problems. I have 9K miles on mine with no problems. I even dented in the bottom from jumping a curb! |

Is yours made out of aluminum? Once it gets a tad loose the holes will enlarge and tear the aluminum off. |

Yes it is. I have one loose rivet on the front. I also installed the quiet module insert which makes it sound like a Ducati instead of a harley. |

Be weary of loose rivets. |
