I took off my forks saturday and brought them in to get the fork oil changed. I got them back, installed them back on the bike and while I was adjusting the rebound I noticed I can only get a little less than one full turn out of the screw on both forks. I brought the bike back in today to see what the problem could be and the tech said you don't touch the rebound screw or the piece that it threads into when changing the oil. He didn't know what was wrong and I'd have to leave it for him to check it out.

The last time I adjusted it was in July and from what I remember it felt like any of the other adjustment screws. Do the forks have to come off to disassemble the rebound assembly? I'll be bring it back in on Saturday unless anybody has an idea on what could be wrong.
