There is a great review of the Ulysses in an article on Sound Rider! The funny thing is I do not believe the article was meant initially as a review, but if the bike is great, why not tell people about it!
Anyhow here is the link: http://www.soundrider.com/Oct06/DP-OnTheRoad.htm

Cool article.
“The road is the road is the road…”

Yes, it is. And you must ride the road that is.

I attended sportbike northwest this year, met Dave and rode road 25 on the same weekend. His impressions of the Uly and road 25 are spot-on. It is a great road for the likes of the Uly. IMO there is no faster way to travel that road. (He was also rather interested in my Drummer).

BTW, Sportbike NW was great fun!! Thanks to Tom Mehren and soundrider for a great weekend.

I also think Dave Preston is a member of Badweb, I think he posted here about a month ago.

That is very complimentary to the Uly!

Sounds like a fun ride.

Yup I think it was complimentary too. I also think it's true. My wife and I rode with some folks on Sunday all of them except my wife's bike had me outgunned in the horsepower department there was a 2001 Kawi ZRX1100R, a 2003 Suzuki Bandit 1200 a Triumph Speed four and me on the ole X1 I led them down some really nice roads and some typically crappy Wisconsin roads and always left them, admittedly some of these roads I know pretty well but some I had no idea what was next on the corner menu, I just know my bike and it's way more competent than most folk realize. My sweetie was in the zone that day too which was really nice to see.
