I still see some Buell's riding to work on the west side now and then. Been a tough year to get together. We will keep trying. Just have to post once in awhile and see what gets stirred up. |

We do not gather the way we used to...
We used to have organized rides once a month or so, with riders from Tucson and Phoenix. We would ride the Salt river, HWY191, do a loop through the Salt to Show Low for lunch and then back down through Payson, sometimes up over Yarnell pass, lunch in Prescott, then over to HWY260 to Payson and back into town.
A younger and wilder crowd took over for awhile, they created this thread, and then they moved on to bigger and better things, and left this thread gathering dust.
Us oldtimers still hang out on the other AZ thread, try posting over there.
I bounce between Phoenix and Albuquerque, you won't find me in Phoenix much during the summer, but I do spend most of my winter months here.

Up for another SpringFast? I will probably do one in the end of April along HWY191 again, and another big ride up in Colorado in late August...

I have to go to Reno April 8-13 so the end of april sounds good. Racer George will be back at Speed World doing the vintage flat track weekend Feb 9-10 again. He will brink the KR,an old 50's Triumph and ride a pre 50's Indian for an owner from California (really nice bike!). Lots of old timers have shown up the last two years to race or just watch. |

i work at arrowhead hd buell out in peoria,they are starting a club out of this store as we speak. theres a meeting on 1/8 at the store at 6:30 pm. if you want to get involved just show up and introduce your self. i ran the club out of chandler h/d buell several years ago but have since stopped riding on the street and only trackday/race my bike now,but myself and the service manager will be at the meeting to introduce ourselves and give you a contact at the store if you every need anything.-andrew |

i need some help.
my xb9 is running erratic and stalling at idle, its been into chandler harley and they replaced the fuel pump. then the next time they reset the TPS. and it ran fine for about 3 or 4 days and now its doing the same thing again. anyone have any ideas i am loosing my mind  |

Cool i got ahold of Mesa but we couldn't get ecmspy working so he let me borrow his cable to try and get it to work on my laptop. I think just hooking up the cable might have reset my ecm and its running pretty good now. Sunday id like to meet up and have you take a look. ill call you tomorrow and set up a time to meet up sunday |

have your mom go to team arizona (the one I know of is in Gilbert), I know a few of those guys out there, and have actually taken one of their courses. They really know what they are talking about and it will be one of the best things your mom could do for her biking career!
I have never talked to anyone that attended one of their schools that didnt love what they went through!
Highly recommend TEAM Arizona. |

Our first meeting with be Monday night, Feb. 2nd, at 6 :30 pm. Chase's Diner @ 2040 N. Alma School Road. Chandler, Arizona 85224.
We will be looking at meeting the first Monday of each month at a consistent location, that will not change. it is easier this way, since no one has to wonder where it will be this month. WE can discuss this location at our Feb. meeting. The heart attack grille in Chandler has been discussed, and I just saw a Chuey's on Warner, between Gilbert and Val Vista. Good bike parking, space to meet and talk, etc.
I will bring a list of rides and places that could be happening this year, that we can put on our calendar. Please, as listed above, come up with destination rides we can post for all Buell Enthusiasts in our Arizona area to know about and attend.
For example:
Heart attack Grille ride. April 4,5, and 6th.
California Coast Blast Ride. April 24,25
S2 Buell Gathering. Colorado. June 19th and 20th.
