ok, so one of the other parts people started working on this originally and ordered M0770.01-A1 which is called the left hand black checkered in the book we have (book #99571-01Y). his decal that was still on the left hand side of the bike does look like #4 and is all blue letters with black and blue checkers. we needed the right hand so not sure what happened there in the first place, but any way the one that showed up says CHECKERED BLADE DECAL RH M0770.01-A1 NUTRON BLUE. so the correct side showed up anyway but it is blue lettering with with no checkers and only a silver outline for the blade part. i am waiting for the person to give me a call back with the vin# so that i can maybe find out a little more on the bike and see what it was supposed to be atleast. oh, and spoc called back and left me a message today giving me the same part #'s also. i am thankful for the help by the way. | ||

ok, i ordered the DECAL, fuel tank cover - l.h. (checkered black) = M0770.01-A1 (which actually shows up as a right hand. its ok since i need the right hand) again thinking maybe the first one we tried was just miss packaged. no luck. it still showed up with just blue lettering and a silver outline for the arrow. no checkers. the guy was able to come in so i could get a pic of the decal on the left side and maybe that might help.   | ||

Rice, I went thru the same thing a while back. You can't see the checkers until you peel the decal backing off! They are there. | ||

Actually you should stay tuned. . . you appear in Chapter 1 loosely modeled off the old Robert Townsend "Up The Organization". I wonder, at this point, (we're going to be moving through the process in serial order) if any one could guess why you get mentioned so early? | ||

i think we are getting two threads mixed up. anyway court, i was just getting on here since i hadn't seen the decal yet. dave, i didnt look extremely close at the first decal they sent, but i did peel the backing off of the second one thinking maybe we just couldnt see it. couldn't find anything what so ever on the second one when i peeled the backing off of it a ways to look. got me. maybe i'm just blind. | ||
