im not riding the bike at all now,so cannot justify keeping it locked away,so have decided to let her go,bike has had a ton of money spent on her,lots of carbon and peformance parts added,expertly dyno set up,sounds and looks amazing,these are very different bikes,fuel is stored in the frame,oil in the swinging arm,big rim mounted disc brake on the front.... and dont assume they are just Harley engined bikes neither,only the crank cases remain,Erik Buell takes care of the rest,this bike has been dynoed at 86hp.standard is 72hp,but they also kick out gobfulls of torque..... great roadbikes and very very suprising how well they ride spec 2003 xb9s in blaxck on a 03 plate 2 owners from new I purchased the bike in August 04 with 1900 miles on her 3500 miles covered 1k and 2.5k services carried out at Dock gate 20 Harley in southampton Carbon/kevlar frame/fuel cell protectors Carbon headlight shield Carbon front mud guard and rear hugger Buell race ecu and techlusion tfi fuel controller fitted.... all set up Buell race air filter and moded xb12 airbox cover Outer dummy tank modded for more air flow Jardine RT1 underslung silencer ( amazing sound) Rizoma shortened rear end Rizoma small mirrors Mini indicators LSL superbike bars Crash bobbins fitted to both axels New rear dunlop D208 tyre fitted Front tyre was changed at 1900 miles so loads left Recent mot carried out Has tax,but will have to go check how much left pretty sure ive forgotten summat in all that comes with all standard items that i have removed,plus standard buell ecu,standard buell exhaust which has never been fitted,also standard airfilter,again never fitted,buell race silencer..... lots of info and pics at www.freewebs.com/martin_brown dyno runs sound files and hystory of mods carried out very regretable sale looking for offers in the region of £4300 for everything included based in Birmingham |
