This is not meant to be a bash of any other brand...as Joe Friday said..."Just the Facts Ma'am"..I had to buy a clutch lever assembly, which consisted of the lever, the bracket and the neutral cutoff switch for my ULY..the price was $29.00 assembled. When I picked up my buddy's brake pads for is R1200GS at $61.00 I asked the BMW parts guy what a clutch lever Assembly for the R1200GS cost..drumbeat please............$291.00 before taxes....ouch....Just the fact Ma'am. |

Quite a few of the often replaced parts on Buells are very reasonably priced - and that's a good thing But then the pricing on other, less sought after parts are sometimes quite inappropriate. But that's how it goes I guess Henrik |

There's expense with anything you own; some good, some not so good!! The only Buell part I almost fainted over was a new rear shock for the M2. Luckily enough a fellow BadWebber had one that was much more reasonable. |

I have been very pleased with the cost of parts for the Uly. I too had to replace the clutch lever assembly. I was pleased that my total tally came to less than $75. Even body panels are relatively inexpensive. |
