It could be made to fit but it is not a direct bolt on.. M2 seats are held on by a thumb screw from under the tail section.. S3 seats have a lock at the rear and a release operated by cable.. Why are you wanting to do the change? I find the M2 seat more comfortable than the S3 Seat.. And yes the seat will have to change as well.
