I checked american sport bike but all they have is the carbon fiber one. I saw one on ebay but the sale ended before I could contact seller. Any help would be appreciated. | ||

The illmberger piece that hillbilly sells is what the one on ebay was modeled on. Hillbilly-Motors part #3657342 it is the "Interceptor" airbox cover. pictured below.  I have one of the ebay airbox covers. It looks ok, but it is thick and heavy. If you are looking for real c-f it's not what you want. I ended up painting mine white. It is not currently on my bike, or in my profile picture because I like the stock cover with the city-X "X" on it better for day to day use. For the record, Illmberger makes high quality pieces, and the ebay stuff is good only for those interested in the cosmetic look of Carbon-fiber without any other benefit. | ||

I want one that looks like that only not in carbon fiber. I like the thrust blue and don't want to change my bike over. I saw one on ebay about one week ago that was like this I don't know if it was painted or what. It was also missing the screens in the vents. The other one from trojan horse is flat out ugly with the one scoop. Plus it would require repainting. I'll just keep looking. It is on the long list of things I want to do to my bike and no where near the top. | ||

I don't think I've ever seen them sold already painted with the screens installed, at least not new. | ||
