Otherwise they wouldn't be legal for thunderbike's power to weight formula. They said it wont be just a differnt map. I asked about that already. My best guess would be a different throttle body and/or exhaust. By changing those parts also, you can increase the peak tq number and limit the peak hp to meet class regulations. Mechanical changes like that are much harder to try to cheat than electronic changes these days. But that's my opinion.
