On my 2006 XB12R I run full synthetic in the primary and it feels like I get minor clutch slipage. In the previous years I read that you put a heavier clutch spring plate. Can I do that to mine? If so then with what spring plate?

you should be using the new H-D tranny fluid in the 06.

You probably could put the heavier spring in, but it'll mean
you'll lose one of the benefits of your 06, the lighter
clutch lever pull.

Have you adjusted your clutch yet?

The new H-D Tranny fluid is just okay. I prefer the nice and slippery Castrol red stuff in full synthetic. It makes the bike shift better.

When I tried looking into the clutch parts I do not believe that they are the same as last year. The clutch spring is stiffer and I believe just a little different. Will it fit in my bike.

Worst case I'll buy the hyd clutch system. Smooooth.

The clutch is adjusted great.
