depends. is it blue rubber? the blue ones are not K&N and are run dry. |

The most recent versions are the blue ones I mentioned and are not K&N. |

The Buell race is reputed to flow as much as a clean K&N and require less hassle with the cleaning as no oil is required. I have a K&N and have used them on many different bikes. DaveS swears by the new Buell race filters, and I trust Dave. |

I have the buell race filter.. Can someone tell me what needs to be done to maintain these? Cleaning wise.. Thanks |

I believe you hand wash them with a mild soapy water and let them dry before use. (Message edited by diablobrian on June 22, 2006) |
