Just FYI..they're not a Buell dealer, but anyone living in or passing through Fairfax, VA. should stay out of Patriot Harley-Davidson..they are nothing more than a bunch of arrogant, conceited crooks...my bike broke down last week, and they made me wait 4 hours to do a 10 minute test, then I had to drive 40 miles round trip to pick up my part from another dealer...i didn't get on the road to come home until 10 hours after i was supposed to leave...and when i called to talk to the General Manager, i got the same response from him, as if nothing was wrong...if this is how the future of Harley is going, no thanks...there are other bikes out there!! But I'd like to see customers take their business elsewhere...that's the only thing that Patriots will understand.. |

I was dealing with something similar before. I was pissed off about it and was simply told that Harley dealers are just too busy. It's hard to get good service if you have too many customers to handle. I found myself two local guys to work on my bike. One guy helped me out on his lunch break, so I went and bought him lunch and brought it back to him on top of paying him for his service. He has been great. |

Rosko.. While you were in that neck of the woods you should have given a holler to we who live in the area. There are two (possibly three) dealers not that far from Fairfax that would have been much better choices. Patriot is a boutique that happens to sell some nice butt jewelry. The service manager once told me a Buell owner should be shot in the head. Ok, really scary, one of the guys that works there races a Buell.. and Patriot (for some reason) had their name on his bike last time I saw it.. |

yeah, i have a cousin who lives in Fairfax and he warned me before i even went, but it was the nearest to the hotel i was in (2 miles) and Whitt's was about 20 miles away...so i had no choice..plus the repair was to be covered under my extended service plan so i had to take it to a dealer.... |
