Author Message   Riderx09 Posted on Thursday, June 08, 2006 - 07:22 pm:        i was wondering if anyone has changed the bars on their firebolt im about to take a long trip an was thinking of changeing them so im alil more comfortable..i was also thinking on the +3 windshield to keep the wind from beating me in the chest... an thoughts or suggestions????   Slaughter Posted on Thursday, June 08, 2006 - 07:52 pm:        Can't say anything about the bars but can STRONGLY recommend the Zero Gravity Sport Touring Screen! Half the folks racing XB-types use it for racing - the stock screen looks cool but doesn't do squat for cutting the wind compared to the sport touring. Parked it outside for more than a short while, and you guessed it...the gage face melted. A line right down through the top edge of the face plate frame. Go for the ST screen.
