I have a broken collarbone and have been been spending alot of time searching for a thread about a guy who just wanted to take his brand new xb9sx city-x for a ride to get lunch and ended up going through three or four states. I read some of this thread maybe three months ago and search everyday but still can't find it. If you find it you win the "I found it first award" tanks guys I do appreciate it. I am so bored with this right collarbone fracture and the valium, and codine.tanks so much! Oh I can't edit the title thread not thead (Message edited by tankhead on May 29, 2006) |

Tankhead, that sounds like a piece that Court Canfield did a while back. i just spent about 20 minutes looking in "Court in Session" for it, to no avail. but, since you've got some time, you might wander around in there and maybe you'll stumble into it. there's a lot of great reading by Mr. Canfield, so even if you don't find the thread you're looking for, you'll be plenty entertained as you convalesce. get well soon. Tankhead -- try this one. I don't know how to import the thread, but it's in Court in Session, titled Living just enough for the city.... Doesn't start with the lunch/other states, but it does come in within time. Kristi |

I sometimes wish for slight, not too painful injury so I can spend the day surfing & channel hopping etc. Trouble is I'd get no sympathy from my wife & she keeps me fit with all the things she wants doing! get well soon & enjoy your reading. I wan't to die peacefully in my sleep, like my Uncle. Not screaming in terror like his passengers!

This is another section/thread we need: The BadWeb shortcuts - how to post pictures, import threads or other web pages, etc. I've seen it done, just not enough time to figure it out! I plan to read that thread. The first picture is a really attention grabber. Thanks Ferris. Kristi |
