Hey all, I just discovered that I have a crack in the header of my Kooks (see pictures). Is there an alternative to taking it to a welder? Thanks

A welder will charge you 20 or 25 dollars to run a weld on that, not so bad really |

I broke a weld on my KT pipe over 5 years ago, and Sparky Hiemer (he's an old school BWB'er from way back..like 1998-2000) and he welded it up for me. You should have no problem finding a local welder to fix it up for ya. BTW< i was given the very first Kooks header by George Kook himself. It was a great pipe..i wish i still had it. |
