I saw it. Good exposure for Buell. The last thing he said applied perfectly to me. He said the ULY is the perfect bike for someone with a bagger and a custom. I agree. Frank |

Did anyone notice that the majority of the bikes had been fitted with the low seat, and that the bike Steve was riding showed signs that it had been dropped |

I posted this on another site already, so I apologize if you've already read this... I flipped to Speed just as that came on. Other than the eye candy referring to the bike as the Ulysses Buell, I really wish they had spent more time discussing the on-road sport and sport-touring capabilities of the bike. They even made the assertion that the bike is designed for 90 percent street, 10% percent dirt, yet they focused almost exclusively on the dirt aspect, even having the test rider ride down the shoulder of a paved road! Also, the tester claimed the pop-off windshield was designed as a safety feature. Is that right? Sounded like BS to me. |

It's only a safety feature if it doesn't whack you in the head on its way by |

the Ulysses is a better touring bike than my R1150RS was, but strangely, the RS was easier to ride on gravel roads with street tires. |
