28 here... I remember getting to the Carving the NorthEast ride early...I sat and watched people pour in for a couple hours...I finally asked Peggy if there were going to be any people without grey hair coming... It was rather scary the percentage of riders that are...um...more mature? | ||

48 Chatting with a H-D owner, who was drinking beer on a motel balcony near Chicago. I was complimenting him on his trailer, which held a Fatboy I had seen him ride a while earlier. He asked what I rode. "A Buell Cyclone" I replied. "You don't look like a Buell rider" says he. "What does a Buell rider look like?" I asked. "Younger" he says. "F&%( that noise" was my response, & laughter followed. I guess he was right. In a statistical way. | ||
