This Simpson is a small but it still fits a bit looser than the Medium Arai/Shoei. According to their sizing chart I should be a large which is strange since I take a medium in my other helmets. Would you mind measuring the diameter of your head above the ears just so I can compare? You've mentioned that it feels looser than your other medium helmets. It's a lot of money to waste if it won't fit. If our head sizes are close, I'll do a buy it now. Thanks   Robino Posted on Thursday, May 11, 2006 - 02:38 pm:        my head is a 7 1/8" - 7 1/4" i have two other helmets, an Arai and Shoei, both are mediums and both fit much tighter than this Small size Simpson so Simpson's sizes are definitelly different than most.
