Looks like Brendan is tall enough to touch the ground now. Just need to learn how to balance and ride a regular bike, then we can get him on this one.. Although I do have some training wheels for that pocketbike.

OK, I started wrapping the headers yesterday, I am just gonna run with the weld and see what happens. I have to say something here about Force Motorsports. They hooked me up. They sent me two replacements at NO COST. Finally something goes a little right... Here are some pictures of what has been done so far on the wrap

I think that wrap should come with some spray to hold it togeather when you are done - be sure to use it or it will go to poo in short order. |

Back from 3600 mile round trip to Arizona. Fun time on the road. Blew the rear tire second day out, about 20 miles from Ely, NV. Plugged her and rode 250 miles to Las Vegas for a replacement. Nice visit with Aunty in Green Valley, then took the scenic route home. Best road: Hwy 191 through Apache National Forest. About 90 miles of nothing but curves. Biggest discovery: the curves in Nevada (ok so they are 20 miles apart) are coated in cow manure from the fast moving cattle carriers. Watch out for slick brown corners. Every semi has a different air wave pattern. Some can blow you off the road. |

I got the exhaust back on yesterday (man that front mount from force is a mother to put on)Speaking of mothers, Happy Mothers Day to all you mothers. So after I got the bike together I went for a ride with a local group called sportbike.ws They have a site and do a lot of local rides. I almost got the bike done in time to do the Oregon 500 (it was Saturday morning) But didnt get done it time to get to the start. Anyways, Still trying to get everything worked out for going to Baker. Debueller, So far it is looking possible for me to make it. Still hoping all my money comes in like it should from work. Sucks being self employed some times, when you have people who dont pay on time...I'll keep ya posted, and yes my grandma's house is in Baker, not some outlying town. |

Do you post negative stuff about a Badweb Sponsor? Is this considered bad form? I would think if you are trying to have honest feedback about them it would be ok. I could also see where it could be bad for the site if they pull sponsorship due to negative comments. But should they really just be able to get the good with no repercussions for the bad? I would like to know what you guys think. |

I think that feedback is a plus even when the feedback hurts a little. Every company needs to know there shortcomings. It allows the company to do the right thing and improve products Via unhappy customers as well as Loyal customers. Bashing and continual rock throwing probly isn't in anyone's best interest. My 2 cents Bob |

Thanks Shotgun. Wow did it get wet today in Sunny Kalifornia!! Qualifying was stopped early in the first session and who knows what tomorrow will bring. We did get to watch Jeremy Mcwilliams and Shawn Reilley in practice on Thursday piloting the new XB12RR's. Wow, quiet and fast. Tonight it was back to Fireman Jim's and an awesome dinner with good friends. Ya'll take care of the Northwest till I get back, Bob |

Goodluck with that pipe wrap, S1. Mine didn't last a season befor it disintegrated. Maby that spray will help. Betty is sitting out on a street in Tacoma waiting for me to push her closer to the Ex's house and the rest of her parts and my tools. I'm still out of work and unemployment is not makeing it. No jobs are presenting themselvs that are not at the local 7-11 level... Didn't BOB look purty welden on Betty's pipe? He is shurly the best pal. I am actually hopeful that I'll get Betty pushed by this weekend so I can see if I remember where all the parts go. I miss seeing you all from both sides of the border. Perhaps it will be sooner, Galen |
