Rider Footpeg Kit

Can these be used as passenger pegs?

Thanks.

The bracket is the right size, however they will need to be drilled out for the spring and ball bearing (if there's room for them to be drilled)

The base of the foot peg...the rear pegs kinda click in and out of position with a tiny spring that push's a tiny ball bearing into a little metal doohicky at the base of the footpeg...(word of warning take your rear pegs off slowly and put your hand all the way around the base of the peg, or the bearing will shoot out and roll in a crack under the heaviest thing around.)

Well as they said above they do fit. However the detent (ball and spring) is not a part
of the front pegs. So they will not click and stick in the up position.

My son will appreciate this experiment on the trip from East Troy to Appleton! Even
a little more leg room is good news for him. He can't wait until he's old enough to ride
by himself.

is there enough metal in the right place(s) to file a detent for the ball & spring?

sort of a backwards example - but it did work...

i dropped my bike back in 2004, adn the rider peg broke. as a temp fix, i had the shop put the pass peg where the rider peg was. it worked. no snapping motion, but definitely interchangeable.
