This is from the Buell web site: Gold Spark Plugs 32331-0510R12AG Gold Spark Plugs $4.95 32335-0410R12A (OE Spark Plug) Gold Spark Plugs $2.95 A special thread and shell coating ensures quick and easy removal from aluminum heads and resists corrosion. A gold palladium insert extends life and improves resistance to corrosion. Tapered tip provides better spark exposure to air/fuel mixture and allows the mixture to flow more easily through gap area for maximum combustibility. Fouling resistance is improved with smaller diameter center electrode wire and insulator tip. A copper-core ground runs cooler for extended life. Sold individually. Fits all Buell models. Do the experts care to share their thoughts about these? I live near the ocean & anything that's corrosion resistant sounds good to me. Also what they say about being coated to make removal from aluminum heads easier sounds good to me too. I know jack squat about what plugs are good & which ones arn't so I'd love to hear facts as well as opinions about these. I'm assuming the upper plug (32331-0510R12AG) would be more suitable for a lightly modded XB |
